Her diligence was incredible and she left no stone unturned. Her communication was impressive in preparation for the trip and once we arrived, she communicated daily with us. Upon arrival at Royal Portrush, she greeted us at our hotel, The Rosses at Royal Portrush which happens to sit on the fourth fairway of the Dunluce Links (out of this world accommodations and best in class staff) and to top it off, she met us on the first tee box the following morning to begin the round with a shot of Red Breast Irish Whiskey. That was a genuinely nice touch to begin the round of a lifetime! She arranged all transportation for us between airports, lodging and multiple courses and her drivers were impressive in explaining the history of the country to us.
